Note: This stone is not suitable for jewellery due to it's low hardness (4 Mohs scale).
Examples of aragonite crystals used as a rough material for faceting of purple aragonites.
Such crystals are quite common at Minglanilla, they usually reach 3-4 cm long, but transparent areas suitable for faceting are very rare.
